1. Regulations on exchange/return
When you receive the goods, please carefully check the goods we deliver. We DO NOT APPLY the product return policy. So, when you receive the goods, please CHECK the goods CAREFULLY. If you find that the item is damaged during transit, please notify us immediately.
2. Refund Policy
– We will refund money for defective goods returned within 05 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds only for defective products.
– The refund will be made via bank account or directly at the company’s office: (depending on your choice).

– Please note: We only refund the correct amount of the returned goods, do not refund the shipping and delivery costs and are not responsible for the freight charges caused by the return of the goods.
3. Terms of warranty
– Product warranty is: to fix defects, technical problems that occur due to the fault of the manufacturer.
– Warranty terms:
- Products are warranted free of charge if that product has a warranty period calculated from the date of delivery, the product is warranted within the warranty period stated in the warranty book, warranty stamp and according to the regulations of each customer. Manufacturer of all technical problems.
- There is a warranty card and warranty stamp of the company or distributor or brand on the product. In case the product does not have a serial book written on the warranty card, a warranty card (including the original warranty stamp) is required.
– Items not included in the warranty
- No warranty for damaged machine parts when the buyer cannot prove that the machine part is defective from the manufacturing stage.
- Damage caused by accident, fire or natural disaster, damage caused by lack of periodic maintenance as prescribed by the manufacturer.
- Damage caused by misuse, careless lack of maintenance and improper storage of the device as described in the equipment manual.
- Damage caused by using non-genuine spare parts or using overload as specified by the manufacturer.
- The device has been repaired and replaced by a third party.
- The wear and tear over time.
